Central contact
One request. The right Scolio Centre pathway.
All international patient inquiries should go through the central Scolio Centre system. The team reviews the request and routes the patient toward online assessment, in-centre treatment, bracing support or follow-up supervision.
How contact works
The patient should not have to guess who to contact.
Instead of separate centre emails and scattered communication, Scolio Centre uses one central intake route.
Centralized routing
- One request enters the Scolio Centre system.
- The situation is reviewed before recommending a centre.
- The patient is routed internally to the appropriate pathway.
What to include later
After the preliminary assessment, the contact step can request details, documentation and consent through a secure workflow. Medical document processing is intentionally not overbuilt yet.
Next step
Start with assessment before choosing a centre.
This keeps communication professional, centralized and clinically guided for international patients.
